You hand us your broken watch, we fix it, and hand it back to you. We know as your business grows, so will your watch collection. We want to be your first call when your next watch breaks.
Pricing & Phases
We value transparency, so there will not be any surprise fees or costs.
We work from a signed agreement which details your expectations and the associated engagement's cost.
Projects are broken into Phases to limit the engagement cost to your organization. Some Phases can be merged together if the project will allow it.
As you progress through the Engagement Phases, the number of hours billed decreases as well.
- Phase 1 | 40 Hours per week
- Phase 2 | 30 Hours per week
- Phase 3 | 10 Hours per week
- Phase 4 | 5 Hours per week
- Phase 5 | 1 Hour per week
- Phase 6 | 1 Hour per month
Engagements
There are 5 to 6 phases to a typical engagement:
- Phase 1 | Research, Requirements Gathering, Solution Development, Implementation of the solution of your choice.
- Phase 2 | Analyze Solution Effectiveness, Adjustments, Testing.
- Phase 3 | Training of your employees to take over.
- Phase 4 | Training and Questions and Answers.
- Phase 5 | Ongoing Support.
- Phase 6 | Monthly Check in if needed.
